Sevinç Gülyüz

PhD Student (ITU Chemistry)

Sevinç Gülyüz was born in 1989 in Istanbul. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Kocaeli. She began her B.Sc. in 2007 the Department of Chemistry at Dokuz Eylül University. She ranked third student in Department of Chemistry and eighth student in Faculty of Science and Letters when she finished her education in 2012. She received her M.Sc degrees from the Department of Chemistry at Gebze Technical University in 2016. During M.Sc education she has been in Bayreuth University, Germany for six months as an Erasmus Exchange Student in 2015. She began her Ph. D. studies in Department of Chemistry at  Istanbul Technical University under supervision of Associate Professor Muhammet Ü. Kahveci in 2018. Her research interests involve polymer synthesis, photo-click reactions, Diels-Alder reactions, click chemistry.
